Login to Safebox
OfficeNEXT Safebox is a team password and file-sharing service available to clients using OfficeNext's OfficeMail service.
Logging in as a New User
To log in to your OfficeNext's company account for the first time as a new user, go to app.safebox.biz using a browser, enter your company email address, and click 'Sign in'.
Open your browser and navigate to app.safebox.biz.

Enter your company account's email address and click 'Sign In'.
In the OfficeNext login pop-up, enter your password and click 'Sign In'.

You will be prompted to set a master password for accessing OfficeNext Safebox.

Click 'Next' to start using OfficeNEXT Safebox.
If you forget or lose your master password, inform your company administrator to have a new account created.
Logging in as an Invited New User
For new users who have been invited to OfficeNEXT Safebox by other users in the company, click the 'Invitation Link' in the invitation email to log in to 'OfficeNEXT Service'. You must change the master password for encrypting OfficeNEXT Safebox. The master password must be at least 12 characters long, and you must enter the 32-character temporary password you received in the invitation email and change it to a new master password.


Regular Login
If you have specified a master password on the OfficeNEXT Safebox registration screen, now access app.safebox.biz using a browser. The following screen will appear, enter the master password, and log in to Safebox.

Use your browser to navigate to app.safebox.biz.
Enter your master password to log in to Safebox.
Upon logging in to OfficeNEXT's Safebox, you'll see the main interface, where you can manage your passwords and shared files.
