What is Safebox?

User Interface Overview

OfficeNEXT Safebox offers an intuitive and straightforward interface for creating, storing, editing, and sharing necessary shared information. The layout consists of a top-right settings icon, a left-hand menu, and a record list.

Options

Clicking the account icon in the top right reveals 'Settings' and 'Logout' options. If you enter the 'Settings', you can see two tabs (General and Security) in the left panel. In the 'General' tab, users can select from Korean, Japanese, or English in the 'Language' section, and the 'Security' tab can allow users to provide a way to recover their master password when they lose it. The 'Logout' option signs the user out of the OfficeNext Safebox service.

This menu of the left side provides filter options such as 'All Records', 'Favorites', and 'My Records'. An 'Admin Console' is also available for users with administrative privileges.

Record List

Displays registered records with icons and titles based on selected templates. For website records, if a URL is registered, the site's favicon or company logo is displayed.

Responsive Web Interface

Safebox is a web service that runs on a browser. However, since it supports a responsive web interface, it is implemented to display the appropriate screen according to the resolution of the device, even on tablets or mobile screens. Therefore, even if you access Safebox from various devices such as desktop PCs/Macs, tablets, and mobile devices, you can use it through a screen that is reconfigured responsively according to the resolution.
