Admin Console

The Admin Console in OfficeNEXT Safebox is exclusively accessible to users with administrative privileges.

This menu is only available to administrators of OfficeNEXT Safebox, and the admin console menu is not displayed in the left menu for general users. Administrators can utilize the console to assign admin rights to other users and create groups essential for the organization.

How to use the Admin Console

Accessing the Admin Console

Only users with administrative permissions can access the Admin Console. Through this interface, administrators can manage user permissions and oversee the creation and management of groups within the organization.

When you click on the Admin Console, a new window will open, and you will be asked to confirm your master password. If you have administrator rights, enter the master password again to log in. Now you can use the functions of the Admin Console in the new window.

Returning to Safebox

When you click on the Admin Console from the OfficeNEXT Safebox screen, a new window will open and display the Admin Console screen. To return to the OfficeNEXT Safebox user screen from the Admin Console, close the tab in your browser by clicking the Close button, since the Admin Console window is a new window, and return to the OfficeNEXT Safebox user screen in the previous tab.
