In OfficeNEXT Safebox, the 'My Records' feature allows you to view only the records you've personally created, excluding those shared by colleagues. This is particularly useful when numerous records are shared within your organization, helping you quickly locate and manage your own entries.

Accessing 'My Records':

  1. Navigate to the left-hand menu of the OfficeNEXT Safebox interface.

  2. Click on 'My Records'.

This view will display a list of all records you've created.

Managing a Large Number of Records:

If you have an extensive list of personal records:

  • Search Functionality: Utilize the search bar to quickly find specific records by entering relevant keywords.

Group Records in 'My Records':

If you're part of any groups within your organization:

  • The 'My Records' section will display a list of groups you're associated with.

  • Selecting a group will show records you've created within that group context.

If you're not part of any groups, the group menu will not be displayed in this section.
