Confirming shared record expiration
Check for expired shared records
Records that have been shared with you automatically move to an “Expired” state when the sharing period (expiration period) set by the owner at the time of sharing has passed, for security and management purposes. An expired record is no longer in an active shared state. You can only confirm that it has expired, and if you want to keep using it, you must ask the owner to share it with you again.
When you have expired shared records, the number of expired records is shown in orange in the “Expired” folder in the folder list on the left.

Viewing Only Expired Records
If you have many records you own or that have been shared with you across multiple pages, you can gather and view only the expired records.
In the folder menu on the left, select
Expired.Only records in the “Expired” state are displayed in the right window.
From this list, you can select the record you need and check its detailed information.

Checking Details of an Expired Record
When you select an expired record card, the detail view shows the following information:

Access has expired. Please ask the [email protected] to share it again.A note that the record is no longer in a shared state and that read or edit permissions are currently restricted, so to use it again, you must ask the record owner to share it with you once more.

Note: Unless the owner extends or re-shares it, an expired record may be excluded from typical Safebox usage flows such as auto-fill and auto-completion.
